It has been 3 months since I begun writing my blog in Hebrew "The Community for Responsibly Nutrition".
I am an autodidact. I haven't received prior teaching about nutrition from school or from an institute, I just simply am motivated to gain the knowledge and in the process write about it. I tend to be objective in my writings, as I hope others will read and benefit from my findings. I do have a small background in alternative medicine, like working on a medicinal herb farm in the desert and learning the different herbs and their properties, and I learned EMF Balancing Technique that helps balance the electromagnetic field.
You can call me a journalist, but I actually call myself a nutritional researcher. I research nutrition, I make sure I get my facts right and I get the facts from the source, leaving no error and supplying the reader the chance to cross reference the claims I present. The average reader would simply accept the claims, as most individuals are sloths and ignorant in our matrix system. I don't mind, everyone has got their soul purpose and I have mine.
My soul purpose is to gain free knowledge.
My contribution is my unique and easy form of presenting my research for the readers benefit.
Where has my research brought me until now?
I have gained a lot of insight in my beginning from Dr. Joseph Mercola. When I found his website I went berserk. I read and read and looked up all his claims to the many controversial subjects he publishes.
This has led me to research about epigenetics, grounding, fructose toxicity, egg yolk and white, benefits of sprinting, mercury toxicity, fluoride toxicity and most importantly - Probiotics.
It appears that Probiotics are the baseline of our gut system health. In today's commercial and industrial age people tend to get their minds programmed on what to consume. This could be due to the Televisions ability to raise the brains brainwave frequency to an Alpha state, which makes them more prone to suggestion. The suggestion method works, people keep investing their health in foods made from refined flour and refined sugar, both of which cause havoc in the gut's microbial makeup.
The benefits of lactobacillus's many species are being studying in depths today. Those bacteria are beneficial to the balanced gut, as they provide an irreplaceable substrate of gut lining protection. They "eat" our food, or in other words they break it down and in the process make it ready for absorption and produce and secrete B complex vitamins and K. They create a good and stable pH environment through production of lactic acid. This environment is well suited for proliferation of our innate immune cells, making it the desired environment for optimal protection. It so happens to be that 80% of the bodies immune response begins in the gut, where 90% of bacterial interaction is happening on a meal to meal basis.
This line of defense is crucial for protection from outside infiltration and proliferation of pathogenic bacteria. This substrate of beneficial bacteria make our food a lot more accessible for absorption and utilization my the body. There are cases proven to show that pathogenic bacteria, like infectious Helicobacter pylori, cause inflammatory conditions in the gut, which damages cells that produce Intrinsic Factor glycoproteins who's soul purpose is to bind to vitamin B12 and absorb it through the gut lining and release it into the blood stream. B12 deficiency causes Pernicious Anemia and all it takes is to replace the bacteria's gut makeup with beneficial probiotics to improve conditions and stabilize mineral and vitamin absorption.
Taking care of your microbial make up in your gut flora is essential in reducing leaky gut and fortifying the bodies defensive capabilities. Starting from there is a good idea in order to attain maximum recovery. After that it would be important to eat nutritionally correct, meaning, avoiding consumption of pro-inflammatory food like Omega 6 from many vegetable oils.
