So,
why would cereal grains be bad for your health, like how milk is
detrimental for adults, and how oxidative stress can be reduced
considerably after eating antioxidant-rich foods. Can there be a
connection, of which, brings to light the very mechanical nature of
biology and life as we try to understand. Or is there just jargon and
conspiracy involved? This is but a journey in search of the Fountain of
Youth, which will soon be at hand, so quoth me.
